- KSKaren Shaffer5 days ago1.0I'm not sure why the cashier at the drive thru was annoyed because I asked for my receipt. I ordered quite a large order and was never given a total or my receipt. I simply just asked for my receipt at the window. She came back and said is there a problem? I said no why? She rolled her eyes at me and said because you asked for a receipt, I said no I just wanted to know what my total was. She rolled her eyes at me again and walked away. I told her she was being very rude. Is it wrong to ask for a receipt these days?

I have ordered an iced vanilla latte on 4, yes 4, separate occasions and everytime they only put coffee and creamer, no flavor. They also always mess up my food order. The employees are not the kindest, they are usually rude or make you feel extremely rushed.
