I was just reading off an order I’m picking up for someone and he didn’t even great and his voice was very law and hard to understand the point of working at drive-through if people can’t even hear you and and he didn’t even get the order right told me to read the menu just because I wasn’t sure what he put down because I didn’t see it on the screen. This is ridiculous.. ..

When you confront them about it, they don't fix their mistakes, they play the language barrier game, the owner should sell this place to someone that actually wants to make good food, or just close.
