I love this location but was pretty disappointed in today’s service. I ordered a refresher and a bagel with cream cheese which I received but the bagel had so much cream cheese I couldn’t even eat it. I mean whoever made the bagel.. would you eat this? I also didn’t receive a straw for my drink which I then had to go inside and get which defeats the whole purpose of going through the drive through. Over all I still like this location, it’s Labor Day weekend so I know it’s busy and appreciate the workers but today just wasn’t the day

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location with Natasha. When I requested no foam on my drink, she snapped over the microphone saying, “There’s no foam.” However, when I received my drink, half of the cup was filled with foam.
When I showed her while emptying it out, she began raising her voice and told me, “That’s what happens when they warm the milk.” I tried to explain that this is exactly why I had requested no foam in the first place. Instead of addressing my concern politely, she continued to argue with me with a very unprofessional attitude.
After going back and forth, she finally remade my drink correctly, but the entire interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant. I expect better customer service, especially when politely requesting something simple.

I’ve worked at Dunkin before, so I know what good customer service looks like…and this wasn’t it. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was greeted with a flat “What would you like?” that was hard to even hear. The interaction at the window wasn’t much better, with an attitude that was honestly disturbing. This location can and should do better.

What is wrong with this place? NEVER had a problem until recently. I asked for less ice in my coffee and they wanted to charge me more money. I BELIEVE an iced coffee cost more than a regular coffee correct? I am paying for the coffee regardless. I'm sorry D&D, you lost a customer.
