I ordered on the app the didn’t have bagel twist and I told them to get me a regular plain bagel instead, they didn’t even give it to me. The lady who was at the speaker was rude and the cashier. I should’ve never went back to this Dunkin.

Also, my friend waited 5 minutes for them to put a donut and a muffin in a bag and when she asked about the order (because it said it was ready on the screen) the employee just stared at her, silently put those two things in the bag, and then handed her the bag all while staring blankly and not saying anything. The whole experience was so weird!
