  I visited this location yesterday and ordered two things, a coffee and a maple bacon croissant. They both tasted great! The coffee was one of the best I’ve had from any dunkin I’ve visited to date (and I’ve been to a lot). Today I ordered the same items and while the maple bacon croissant held up, the coffee was absolutely terrible, it tasted like gasoline or some chemical that shouldn’t be consumed by a human. My guess is there’s a different staff working today than there was yesterday, these folks might need some retraining.

  Last Saturday morning, I ordered an egg & cheese croissant and an avocado toast. I clearly informed the cashier that I am vegetarian and requested no bacon or meat. After waiting, I got my order and went to my place. When I opened it, the croissant only had cream — no egg and cheese — and the avocado toast had bacon on it. I went back to tell them, but the staff was very rude and refused to admit their mistake. The manager even started shouting at me, used abusive language, and tried to fight with me. It was a very disrespectful and racist experience. This is unacceptable behavior from both staff and management. Boycott this location — worst customer service ever.

  5 stars because the manager deserves credit for standing up for his staff and not tolerating disrespectful customers.

  I like Dunkin, the coffee is good and full of bad good stuff.
