In some cases I hit their drive through about 10 minutes before closing as it's on my way to get my daughter from an after school activity. I have now encountered my third time that they already had chairs up, certain machines off so I couldn't get a latte for my wife, and were cleaning up like they were already closed. They simply like to tell customers they are close to closing, running off business. If you're open until 8 you take business until 8. Then you lockup and cleanup after. I won't be back.
