Like others have noted, the mobile ordering system means absolutely nothing here. Every visit is a performance in confusion. I’ve had to beg for a pre-paid donut like it’s some grand favor, and on my most recent visit, a grown man screamed in my face demanding to know what I meant by “chocolate.” (Guys, chocolate is a flavor. We’re losing the plot.) Please standardize your mobile pickup process and train the staff accordingly. At this point, it’s not just inefficient—it’s embarrassing. For everyone.
