  I picked up my favorite doughnuts and they were a little stale, or a little too crispy. They weren't too terrible, I still ate them.

  I went to the drive through and I asked for a drink and $1.97 hash brown order, he said “you want the loaded hash brown order” he put it on the screen and when I notice what it was the loaded order I repeated that I wanted the $1.97 hash brown order then he replied with “okay you can come to the window” when I got to the window to pay it was more expensive then usual and we where confused but I did get a new drink that I wanted to try so I didn’t think much of it thinking that the drink was expensive, he gave me my receipt and I checked it and he put the loaded hash brown order and he came back and I told him that we had told him previously that we didn’t want that and that we wanted the $ 1.97 hash brown order he then says it was our fault because that’s what we had order we asked if we can get a refund he then says no we don’t do refund I paid for something I didn’t want and got a attitude to he was acting like if he paid for it and not me.
