- AWAaliyah Williams2 days ago1.0I go there alot and everytime i go there they are so rude and rush me they never greet me they get mad everytime i give them my app to scan and today i got a doughnut and the frosting was melted off the whole box was covered in chocolate i asked for another one and it was the same they always throw my doughnuts upside down in the bag i hate how im treated there and when i go inside they are always being rude to other co workers

- LCLauren CallahanOct 10, 20251.0I made an uber eats order yesterday and the girl had my uber driver call me and tell me the cereal and milk iced latte was discontinued. We'll its still on the menu. I called this morning and asked the girl if they had it. And she said yes. Waiting for my order now. We shall see. Horrible staff. Im sure not all are but still. They probably just didn't feel like making it! Tbh
- SOSarah OSep 30, 20251.0Slow, slow, slow...sat in drive thru 20 minutes. Needs proper training for staff; these poor women did not know what's going on or who ordered what. Ordered 1 dozen donut holes and got 11. No big deal, but never going back.
- NSNicole ScottSep 29, 20251.0We stopped in for a couple bagels & a drink before hitting the beach. The employee taking orders could not have been any less thrilled or unfriendly, but our main complaint is the food. Our bagels tasted like straight plastic. Both our bagels tasted like they sat in a plastic pool tube for hours in the hot sun, to be descriptive. We both had upset stomachs later that day. I don’t know if they arent properly storing their food or properly cleaning their toasters but it was nasty & actually probably should be reported to the health department. We wont be returning to another Dunkin again.
