It's frustrating, you trust that your order will be what you asked for! I prefer to pay 6 dollars at Starbucks but get the individualized attention. Get it together people, it's not rocket science. The sad thing is that this happens everywhere, it's normal to get bad service today, it's normal to get what they want to give you and not what you actually ordered.
