i’ll be coming to the specific Dunkin in my whole life, I live right next to it. Their consistency is absolutely horrible, I usually get the same thing and 50% of the time they mess it up. Their customer service is also rude and they don’t treat you pretty nicely.

I got the wrong order on my food, and didn't bother checking my coffee until after I started drinking it, and realized it was completely different from what I had ordered! It's frustrating, you trust that your order will be what you asked for! I prefer to pay 6 dollars at Starbucks but get the individualized attention. Get it together people, it's not rocket science. The sad thing is that this happens everywhere, it's normal to get bad service today, it's normal to get what they want to give you and not what you actually ordered.
