  Love this location Drive thru is speedy and such friendly service w a smile! The Am staff is always fast and friendly. A great way to start your day! Vic and Lester are always on point.

  This is one of the worst Dunkin’s in Orlando, the food was cold the last time I visited. When I told them I wanted less ice they told me I would get less product, which makes no sense. Every time I go there it’s a different thing they tell me about the less ice in your drink. They tell you to wait by a stop sign for your food then take like 30 to almost an hour to make the food. Employees are rude they don’t believe you when you are missing an item. I will never visit this Dunkin again or recommend it to anyone else.

  This Dunkin never has any clue what any of the new drinks on THEIR app is. Saying “we don’t have that drink here” when I’m looking at the drink on the Dunkin app for that specific location… make it make sense!

  Lester was very kind and welcoming at the drive through window. He got my order just right and was very courteous. Great service and a smile will keep me coming back to this location!

  Closed early and wouldn’t serve me. I arrived at 6:45 pm to the drive thru and no one would answer, when Google said they close at 7pm. I went to park and go in and the women inside motioned to me that they were closed. Very annoying since I had planned to get something after my extremely long doctors appointment in the area before driving 40 minutes home. And closing 15 minutes early when 7pm is already a bit early IMHO is messed up.
