  Placed an online order for a half dozen donuts at 6 am. They were all stale and the staff could only manage to get three order half right, despite the store being completely empty of customers.

  Due to the loud music that is allowed to be played by other customers who disturb the ambience and their improper way to approach other customers was unable to enjoy my coffe Música alta de otros clientes frecuentes incomodan el ambiente de la visita al negocio no pude disfrutar mi café . También individuo particular que frecuenta suele acercarse a los demás clientes inapropiadamente y habla en alta voz continuamente . No recomiendo visitar el lugar . Mejor pasa por la ventanilla .

  Now I know why it has such low ratings. My first time at this branch picking up an online order via drive through. The lady with that microphone needs to go do something else with her life if she’s going to be this rude. Customer service job is definitely NOT for her.

  Service is just ok. Workers serve as if they just want to get you out of their faces. More interested in conversation between each other. Also, there's a guy that's seems to be always be there squatting on the only plug at table to charge. Love Dunkin but probably going to Starbucks
