  I wouldn’t go in to order anything. No one acknowledges you as you stand at a cash register for 20 minutes. Staff will walk past you, see through you, and talk to their coworkers. While you wait inside though you can how filthy everything is. Get to the drive thru and they will take your order immediately. Noted.

  In and out quickly. My wife's latte was excellent, nice selection of donuts.

  Why does no one toast bagels anymore. Used to rely on dunk and now even they air fry it and it's awful. No one likes a chewy bagel.

  I have never seen a slower Dunkin. First I waited a stupid amount of time in the drive thru line (first mistake of mine). Then they asked "what do you want" over the intercom except they didn't actually put the order in. So I got to the window and had to repeat what I wanted 3 times over the loud obnoxious music playing. While she was texting on her phone. Then they brought me an iced coffee instead of hot. I had to pull forward where I have now been sitting for 10 minutes only for her to come out and ask what I was waiting for. Still waiting. I should have left when the line was inching forward slowly. Forty minutes and counting. That's insane.
