They need to retrain these kids on what to do. I don’t have a microwave in my car to heat the coffee up And I shouldn’t have to heat it up and then you asked him to make a fresh pot. They roll your eyes at you and they make the fresh pot and they put the cup underneath it. No, that’s not how you do it and I even say I’ll wait for them to brew it.

- BBBJun 1, 20251.0I don’t know the workers name but the lightskin girl with glasses is so rude. If she is going to look like that or have an attitude, she should be kept in the back. Not at the register. She doesn’t even greet you. Not professional at all & this has been going on for months.
