Ask for it a little darker they completely burn it. Hashbrowns always soggy & falling apart. As someone who’s worked for this exact industry, the line cook, just isn’t doing their job. This dunkin is such a waste of money, take the extra 5 minutes to go to the one by gerrity’s & actually get to enjoy your food. Dunkin needs to hire someone who’s willing to do their job correctly.

Had an order be ready before mine even though I had ordered online almost 10 minutes prior to me getting there. Normally I’ll order online these days since the line is always insane. This place has really gone down hill in the last couple of months. Hardly any staff and when they’re there they don’t seem to know what they’re doing.
