  Messed up my order multiple times and wouldn’t give me a refund

  First and last time at this disgusting location, A cashier with no experience arrived at 10:50 AM a line that wouldn't move with only 3 people in front of me. At 11:01 AM she served us. After 20 minutes she gave us the cold order when I saw the Hashbrown only 6 Pieces, I asked the employee he told me that there were only 6 pieces, On the sign it clearly says $2.09 hashbrown, but I never expected them to count it as if it were 6 coins. At that price and sorry for the comparison Burger King fills the sad little bag with more than 6 pieces, I think it's very wrong, Also if you see in the photo it was more black in color,The oil was also clearly black, as you can see in the photo. I had to throw it away. Also, when I ate the sandwich, it wasn't chewy, dry and hard, and it wasn't hot. I would never recommend this location to anyone. The presentation in the photo looks disgusting; imagine it in person. I hope that one day the corporation will return to investigate the maintenance and processing of its product at this location.

  Absolutely the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They mess up your order and don’t answer the phone when you call them and they don’t fix it. Don’t go there

  Muy mal servicio tienes que esperar 10 minutos para que te tomen tu orden. Cuando decides pagar te dicen que no hay de lo que pedisteis y después se van y no te cobran y te mantienen esperando mucho tiempo. Y de paso muy sucio y no tan concurrido.

  Waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged, which after reading some of the comments here seems to be typical. Was finally greeted with a “hold on for a sec”. After a few more minutes I placed my order with “Jahkee”. Proceeded to the take out window where I watched a customer return an entire order through the window. After sitting in the drive thru line behind ONE CUSTOMER for literally 20 minutes, I watched the customer drive off in frustration. I received my iced latte with a long black hair placed smartly in the center of my whipped cream. My Boston creme donut looked like either the icing was licked off or they ran out. Terrible overall experience. I never leave reviews. Someone READ THE REVIEWS and restructure the employment at this establishment.
