Whenever I go shopping, the employees are completely disorganized and behind on orders. Today, there was no one at the counter, not a single employee. Then they started appearing one by one. They're not friendly at all. They always make customers wait a long time.

Just seemed very nonchalant and didn't get the feeling they had a sense of urgency. Food was good though just wouldn't go again

I just wanted to share my unusual service experience at this Dunkin. I stopped for a simple order for an iced coffee and a donut. There were only around 6 donuts in the entire display to choose from, and I don't mean varieties - I mean the actual count. I didn't have any cash on me, so I prepared to pay my $5 something bill with my phone. As he was ringing me up, he grabbed the tip jar, held it up and started shaking it at me. Ironically, there was no option to tip via the POS system, which I suppose I would have done if the option was given to me, but it wasn't. The transaction closed and he gave me my receipt, but again, he picked up the tip jar and shook it at me. After a few uncomfortable seconds of him holding up the jar and watching for my reaction, I began to look in my pockets and wallet for some change or a dollar I forgot about, but I simply reconfirmed for myself I had no cash. I was the only customer in the store, and it only took about a minute to get the coffee poured and handed to me. I wasn't given a straw and asked for one and he pointed me to a stand on the other side of the room to grab my own. He walked over to the tip jar to check it and in a terse and incredulous tone asked why I didn't tip him. I replied that I had no cash on me, but he started to raise his voice, irritated about my disclosure. I simply vacated the property instead of sitting there eating and being exposed to his vitriol. I'm not sure that aggressive tip shaming by the staff is a tactic the proprietors or Dunkin Corporate would support. So, be wary of this if you decide to stop by this location.

Not a fan, ok if u want to have the tip cup rattled at u multiple times. Tip for not getting my order right and I can't understand the person?? Pretty disappointed for the first and last time here.
