They seem to forget my liquid sugar more times than not or they put in regular sugar, which doesnt disolve in cold coffee... otherwise, everything is usually pretty good!

I go to this dunkin at least once a week, I never had problems, order is always right, workers are very kind. BUT the past 4 times i went and the times my boyfriend went he had been given nasty attitude by the blonde white girl. i never seen her till about a month ago. and ever since she had been working my order has been messed up twice. and i don’t have a complicated order, i order the same thing every time (oat milk latte with no flavor or esspresso). and my boyfriend has delt with the same problem with the attitude! he asked for a cup of ice and she ROLLED HER EYES AT HIM!! it also was NOT BUSY, there was maybe 1 car in the driveway then 2 pickup orders. obviously still going to come to this dunkin because it’s the only one by me. but it’s frustrating and annoying knowing that this blonde girl always has an attitude. i was a barista and i know it sucks waking up early having to deal with customers but girl..DITCH THE ATTITUDE ITS 1PM???? and quite frankly i can live with a messed up order, but attitude is unnecessary.

I’ve had issues with this location the past 3 times I’ve visited in the past 9 months… My most recent visit I was handed my drink dripping all over from the lid being closed on top of the overflow… leaking all over myself and my car… why would you hand someone a drink like that. My previous visits they made my drink very watery (I got a cappuccino blast). The second time I just accepted the drink and ended up throwing it away. The first time they had a new girl making my drink, I asked for a remake and they had the same girl make my drink, yet again it was watery, I ended up just asking for a refund. I understand she was new and the first mistake, but why have her make the drink again if she didn’t know how…? Management really needs to get a grip here, prepare your employees better and train them on some common sense and courtesy. Management take control and improve your team, it’s not only stressful for customers just wanting to enjoy a product but for the employees themselves, being in awkward situations with customers.
