  So far my worst experience on this island. First time using their app, first time ever going to this store. The app itself doesn’t seem to be a problem, but once you pay for your order, finding it again is a challenge. The problem started when I approached the drive through order spot. It took a minute before the young man greeted me, but he was friendly enough, seemed as if he had my order and asked me to drive up- when I got there, he never acknowledged me whatsoever, proceeded to start throwing coffee lids around like frisbees and then went to the grill area. The line behind me continued to grow- finally another person came to the window and handed me half of my order. When I asked for the rest, she had no clue what it was, and stated that there was no receipt or order. The donuts look ok…but don’t they even use a napkin or something to place them in the bag??? I will NEVER be back to this Dunkin’ Donuts ☹️

  How do you have a dozen employees yet not one is there to take an order and just ignore me. Worst service

  Frozen donuts warmed up first thing in the morning anx you get to buy em 6 hours later. Yep thats my kinda food! Or a nice frozen bagle thats thawed out and through some overpriced slice of microwaved bacon and a microwaved frozen egg cooked months ago; my idea of fresh and hardy. No thanks. I can go literally anywhere else and get much better food for a lower price. But hey! If ya really cant get out of your car...then Dunkins has got you covered.
