  fast service, friendly staff. one donut I ordered they subbed for a regular glazed but the rest were correct 👍 passable to me

  Ordered two americanos for my wife and I starting a long road trip. We received two standard coffees, that were below average even by black coffee standards.

  This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with. I ordered a dozen donuts around 11:30 pm. I probably shouldn't have, but hey now I know better. The dunkin app said these donuts were available so we made the purcahse. I drive to pick them up and the gentlemen in the drive thru tells me they don't have any donuts. I drove all the way there, with no message, no call, nothing in advance about them not having any available. I asked for my refund and they told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to call it in. I call the dunkin 1-800 number but nobody ahs the authority to offer a refund. All they could do was open a case to have the store contact me. 3 weeks later and still no call. I contacted the store finally and I was told only the manager could assist with this and that they did not have any idea when or what day she comes in. AVOID this place for your own sanity.
