  I started to think it was my fault...I remember working in F&B and hating guests walking in 5 minutes before closing...but then I realized i walked out with my ill prepared order at 8:27, meaning i came in more than a half hour before closing (and they locked the doors behind me). If it had been 5min until close, the thought of stopping wouldnt have entered my mind, but some people's 8pm is another's 8am. It's absurd that I couldn't get a simple cup of coffee from a coffee joint, regardless of proximity to closing. I asked for a medium hot coffee with cream and sugar and received a barely room temp coffee with cream, to their credit, but not even a hint of sugar. After seeing this location's rating and reading the reviews i can see this had nothing to do with my timing, this is simply a terrible location. If you peruse the reviews, you'll see none of the complaints are the rambling rants of explosive tempers. The complaints are all specific and share common threads. The one that stands out the most is the complaint about witnessing the manager mistreating the employees in front of guests in the middle of service. This store didn't screw me out of time and money because some lazy kids don't want to work the hours they've been instructed to work, but rather because they've been explicitly taught that their role, their value, (as is the case in so many other fast food chains) is to serve as a cog in someone else's wealth generator. And now realizing that that was all available from just reading the reviews, which I failed to do, I guess it is my own fault, so, to be fair....one star for me. But still, avoid this location.

  I ordered a donuts and sandwich and had $7 but it cost $7.50 and the nice man decided to let me get the donut and sandwich for $7. Thank you mister. Also meet a friend for some reason he doesn’t talk

  Maybe the worst service of any Dunkin in NW St Johns - 4 times in a row now my order has either been messed up by kitchen people or taken by wrong customer (twice in a row!) The location is chock full of employees who won't communicate anything to anybody while people stand around waiting on the status of their food. Was livid today after waiting 25 minutes in their dining room to only find out the order hadnt been started. But then was told it was taken by wrong person. (Ok great, can I have my food now)...and instead of working with me to get my food quickly, was asked to call a 1800 number. Whoever manages this crew is an all-time awful hire. I don't expect too much from Dunkin employees, but this crew falls short every opportunity you give them. Left Dunkin and went down the block to a bagel store. Spent the same money and got more food in less time. This specific Dunkin sucks, hard.
