- KBKim BatistaOct 8, 20251.0This Location SUCKS!!! DO NOT PLACE DOORDASH ORDERS HERE THEY WILL NOT FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS. Why can’t you guys follow the instructions to make a coffee????? I had to dump a $5 coffee because it was watery and not sweet. I’m so disappointed!!!!!

I’ve never had a pleasant experience here. The two blonde women looks so uninterested and bored. Workers do not care about quality.

Don't bother ordering online because they're probably out of whatever you ordered. And then they will make a whole scene if you ask for a substitution or a refund. TLDR: it's a Dunkin... but somehow more rude.

As I’m waiting for my order to be taken, I see and hear one of the employees put his hand up to his mouth and say his lip is bleeding to the female co worker, I continue to watch and he keeps putting his fingers to his mouth checking himself. NO GLOVES, NO HAND WASHING proceeds to grab the ice scoop from the ice bin and start filling a customers cup with Ice with same hand he just had his fingers in his mouth!!! I watched him put the cup down walk over to get some paper towels to wipe is lip. Throw the paper towel away and continue to do the customers order without washing his hands once again!!! By this time another employee comes up to me and asks me what I’d like to order and at the point I told him I’m all set, I don’t wish to order anymore, and that he needs to tell his co worker to wash his hands. I was appalled and disgusted. DO BETTER! Will NOT be returning!!!
