Absolutely awful customer service. I was nothing but nice to these people. Said thank you over 4 times! And they said not one word. Was handed my food and I had no idea if that was everything because she just handed it to me? Then they got mad that I was holding up the line as if I knew it was my whole order because they were slow to bring it out. No have a good day nothing just straight silence. So incredibly rude

Went around on my lunch break to the drive-thru. A bunch of silly teenagers giggling instead of actually doing their job. Just don't go to the location during the summer. I tried to order, they asked me what I wanted, I told them. There was quiet and so after a minute I pulled up to the window to order they asked me to pull around behind the whole line because they didn't catch all of what I had to say. Giggling and saying "oh, like we didn't hear you." Instead of actually doing their job. Just terrible customer service there are better locations and if not, better chains.

Went through the drive-thru this morning and had forgotten my wallet at home. Had a $50 bill I keep in my vehicle for emergencies after waiting in line for 10 minutes or so I pull up the window to be told that they don't have change. I said well this is the only form of payment that I have so what are we going to do about it and they said we don't know what you want us to do about it We don't have change. Being in the hospitality business and the restaurant business for 25 years The correct answer to that is hey we messed up take your $1.50 worth of product that it cost us on us and we will do better next time and they would have left with a happy customer instead they chose to tell me just to leave and now they have lost a customer for life I will never understand why companies do not spend more time on customer service training
