  This location is awful. Any time my mom and I have come, we have had nothing but rude service and mistakes made. My mom and I always get less ice, but we should stop clicking it because they always fill the cups like we get extra ice. They have either given my mom the wrong drink (lemonade instead of tea), and have served my food either burnt to the point of inedible or barely toasted its lukewarm. On top of all the issues with the food and drinks, the staff won’t ask you questions about what you’re waiting on, or they’ll let your hot/cold drink sit behind the counter even when you ordered just that — one drink and nothing extra. The staff just doesn’t seem like they even want to work there, and I get that, but when you’re paid to deal with people, just be polite.

  Service was fantastic. A very well mannered young woman named Kim serviced me. She was so helpful and polite. Great customer service. Will be returning due to her awesome attitude. Thanks Kim!!!

  Girl at the speaker was rude, got a cereal milk latte which was almost $6 and it was only a third of the way filled. Also no I didn’t ask for less ice… so tell me why?

  My girlfriend order a strawberry daydream with cold foam, the cold foam was served chunky and yellowing, when she went back in to say something the employees belittled her and laughed at her amongst themselves about the situation. Never wrote a bad review before but this was way too insane an experience to not.
