  I SO BADLY want this to be my go-to shop. Location, people, and speed really make it a desirable stop. Its always busy and seems to be great. My husband and I have gone there recently (and kept track after the first few times) literally 10 times and ALL 10 times, the iced coffee tasted like that burnt dirty water that dunks sometimes has. The first few times we thought it was bad luck, but after that we noticed it was every single time. We haven't gone there in months because of it nor plan to go back for coffee. Food is always fine, its the coffee only. It was good for the 2 years when we tried it when we first moved up here with the ocassional icky coffee but then it became reliably disgusting. Besides the wasted money and time, it became a concern of "why is it so bad?". Anyways, order your food here, not your reg iced coffee. The people are nice, lines always move quick. So much more potential!

  The girl working at 5:00pm on Thursday 9/28 Black hair, possibly Hispanic. Your RUDE!!!! Don’t toss my sandwich at me on the counter then turn your body, no “thank you” “how are you” absolutely nothing except she literally tossed it on the counter. Keep in mind I was the ONLY ONE in there!! I wanted to to tip the guy at the register that took the order but they only take cash, im glad I didn’t because she didn’t deserve anything. I work in customer service as well, and I COULD NEVER BE SO RUDE TO CUSTOMERS!!!! Don’t like your job, leave!
