  Despite it being quite busy with drive through, they managed to efficiently attend to those at the counter while all having a friendly and positive attitude!

  I asked for easy ice and they give me a full cup of ice. I am not getting no more than a cup of coffee for $6!!? I won’t be returning

  Omg I had to spit out the hash brown it has a foul taste and the texture was off. I would not be purchasing ever again in my life!!!!!

  I’m a delivery driver for Uber Eats, and this Baskin-Robbins location has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. On August 3, 2025, around 9 PM, one of the male employees failed to give me the complete order. Because of that, I showed up to the customer with missing items — very embarrassing and unprofessional. On top of that, the staff at this location is often careless and disrespectful. Orders are rarely ready on time, and when you ask for help, they ignore you or act annoyed. No communication, no apology, just poor service. If you’re a delivery driver or someone expecting quick and reliable service, avoid this Dunkin’. This place badly needs better management and staff training.
