  Stopped in for a quick coffee and left genuinely impressed. The Dunkin’ inside the Shell station in Fairfield delivers exactly what you want on the road—fast, friendly service and a solid cup of coffee to keep you moving. Staff were courteous, and my order was ready in no time. But what really stood out? The restroom. Hands down, the cleanest Shell station restroom I’ve ever used. It had just been cleaned by the attendant, and she did a fantastic job—everything was spotless, stocked, and smelled fresh. That kind of attention to detail makes a huge difference when you’re traveling. A small stop with big standards. I’ll definitely swing by again when I’m in the area.

  I tried so hard to give this dunkin some credit, but I have been going here for a year and only ONCE has my order been correct. They have given me old stale bagels, cold sandwiches, improper cream cheese, incorrect drinks, etc. I mean seriously people it is not that hard. I've had my card charged about 5 times now when they were actually out of that item and I had to order something else, just to hope the price was close and I wasn't losing additional money, because they never refund! Save yourself some time, this location sucks.

  The absolute SLOWEST Dunkin in the world !!!! Every single time I come here they take at least 7 to 10 min just to greet me inside .
