  The workers don't use gloves when touching the donuts and my hot chai latte had zero chai...it was just hot milk.

  I asked for a hot chai latte. The attendant did not hear me well. When I went to the window she gave me an ice chai latte and I politely told her i did not order a cold chai latte, I ordered a hot chai latte. She then started screaming at me “you said ice chai latte” and I said no that is not true she then kept my husbands coffee and screamed “you can walk to the front and get it. WE WORK TOO! We go through window because we need fast to get to work. She was very rude, unapologetic and gives people the worst experience possible. Worst customer service I have ever recieved!

  Everything was very good but a couple of the employees were arguing so loudly that I had hard time hearing my server. I took my food to go because of the noise.

  I walked into this café on a scorching day (over 90°F) with my small dog in my arms. There was no sign indicating that dogs are not allowed. Before even acknowledging me, the women behind the counter had a conversation in their own language, glanced at me unpleasantly, and then told me I couldn't be there with my dog. I understand if pets aren't allowed, but the way I was treated felt rude and unwelcoming. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location. Customer service matters.
