  This location is dirty, cluttered and very expensive. There is a huge language barrier when communicating with the staff.

  If you're willing to wait a little extra time to get your order and you're in a pinch well then this is the place. They mess up your order a lot even on simple orders. I ordered two donuts and a pumpkin spice latte and they messed up my Donuts by giving me something that I didn't even order. When you arrive your online order is never ready. When you do have your items double check your order because most likely it will be wrong

  This Dunkin USED to be good before the pandemic. Today will be my last day going. The coffee is so watered down that I can’t even enjoy it and it has been that way for awhile. I’m not sure if they are re-using coffee grounds over and over all day but it’s TERRIBLE! I’m not a Starbucks fan but I rather give them my money than to keep buying hot flavored water.

  I believe they recently changed management of some sorts because now they have all new employees:( even single visit my order is wrong and they are out of many things. I always order cold foam and it is never added. Then they’ve tried to say oh it’s not on the order ( when it is clearly stated on the ticket) bring back the previous employees! They were so nice and kind, and my order was always correct and fresh!

  Recently this place got new staff and they have no idea what they're doing I miss the old staff who knew my order who were fast and really nice what the hell is wrong with this location I guess I'll be going to a different location from now on even if it's out of my way.
