  I noticed I ordered mobile & the item was placed on the pink rack that was sort of to the left of the right window, it was accessible by spying so I grabbed it- —-otherwise there was only one employee visibly there who didn’t appear to have time to present or announce it, who was moving on to something else, and who had a tendency to remain out of view…

  The women in this Dunk’s are so kind and so fast. They have a smile on even at the most hectic times. They make my drinks so good every time, they never disappoint. They’re awesome!

  Second time I missed my train because they moved the pick up location behind the counter. You have to wait for one of the very busy employees to stop what they’re doing to get you the order. They almost always have to have their back to all the customers waiting to pick up their mobile orders. This was a very poor decision and I can’t understand the rationale. If it’s theft, that’s built into the cost. Loss is something unfortunate you deal with in business. What you don’t do is alienate the paying loyal customer because of 1 bad egg. This seams like bad decision by management. Oh well, there are about 100 more locations on my way to work. Shame because I always liked all the kind employees at this location.

  This place is so dirty. Pigeon feathers everywhere! They even have a statue to scare away the pigeons. You’re looking death in the eyes if you order from here

  I arrived at perfect timing to pick up my friend from their train only to find out it was delayed much longer than I was allowed to sit in the passenger pickup spot. But then I caught the Dunkin' Donuts only parking. No line because it was between trains, parking when I needed it most, and a quick snack before heading on instead of paying for parking :) Also super friendly service!!!
