One of the worst locations. The 2 young girls need a little more training. Not listening to orders and ringing them up wrong. Half the time they don’t even have donuts, or even munchkins. Driveway is all torn up, they make you pull up and park every time. We don’t go to this location often but when we do there’s always an issue. They need management help.

Waited 30minutes for 6 donuts and one regular coffee. We were shorted one donut and received one flavor we didn’t order. After 30 minutes of all coffee orders waiting in a group, , employees noticed the coffee urn was empty and nobody had started a new brew ! First and last visit !

Extremely impolite, did not say hello, did not say goodbye, just "Here you go!" In an annoyed voice when they weren't even busy or rushed, just lazy, handed me drinks with straw lids and stared at me like I was gonna drink it through the hole or something and when I asked for straws she said "here you go!" And scoffed again, like God forbid I want a straw with my coffee that can only be drunk with a straw?

I was in the drive-thru for 15 minutes before I reached the speaker. I was asked if I had a mobile order, I did not, and was then told "there are 15 mobile orders ahead of you, I don't know what to do." I asked if they were understaffed and supposedly, there was only 2 people working! I decided to leave, after sympathizing with the sweet girl who was clearly on the verge of a breakdown. Management needs to do better- shut down mobile ordering if you have to. I love Dunkin but this is unacceptable- not just for their customers, but their staff too.
