  I order a ham and Swiss crossisont with a large ice coffee. Was told the total was 9.84 got to the window and a few sec later a lady with purple hair had an attitude and was more on her phone than to help me. I waited in drive thru for 3mins waiting on my crossisont just to get told they didnt have it and wasn't aware she took it off my order. She had an attitude and on her phone. Poor customer service

  Billed my daughter 3 times for donuts. Once for the wrong order...then again when she asked for the correct order...and then a third time when they were supposed to be giving her a refund for the wrong order. They tried to charge her a total of 60 bucks for 6 donuts because they couldn't work the credit card machine. 5 minute drive thru order required a trip in the store and a manager. Unreal.

  When I got my doughnut it was smashed and had no frosting. I will not be going back to this location.

  I came through earlier today and the three women I had an interaction with (Natalia, Azarre, and Dede) were patient and polite and overall very helpful with questions and last minute modifications (sorry about that btw). Definitely will be back with such great service and everything about the order was done well!
