- RRRyleeAug 24, 20251.0Every time I go to Dunkin they mess up my order then act rude to me for asking them to change it.. one day they messed up my order of three things( messed them all up) then continued to blame it on a new worker.. I even try to go at different times and that doesn’t seem to help something is always messed up
- KSKenneth SchoonoverAug 5, 20251.0Pulled in the drive-thru at 8:45pm. Requested a large hot coffee. I was told that they closed at 9pm so they didn’t have anymore. I requested the brew a pot since they were open until 9pm. They told me things were cleaned up and they would not do that. I requested to speak to a manager but none were on duty. I requested their name so I could tell corporate who I spoke to when I called to complain. They refused to give it to me. So if you’re looking for coffee and it’s near closing time they will probably not serve you.
