  I use the drive up five days out of the week only because it's the closest Dunkin' to my house. I would say three days out of the five my coffee is made wrong and it's a very simple order. The staff is completely unqualified to even make a cup of coffee. Apparently, their orders are timed at the drive through because as soon as you pay, they ask you to pull up into a parking spot to wait for somebody to come out with your order. If I wanted to do all that i would go inside. Today, after they made my coffee wrong I refused to pull into a parking spot because I didn't want to continue to be inconvenienced so that they could look like, they're being efficient for whatever timer they're on. A young man had the nerve to tell me rudely.Next time we tell you to move forward, you have to move forward. I don't know who he thinks he was talking to, but that is not the type of customer service I pay for. Shannon Clemens is the district manager and needs to do better or let someone else lead.

  Service at Dunkin is always bad. Made an online order for pickup. Wasn’t greeted by anyone. No one said just a minute. Screen said order was ready. It wasn’t. Out of stock of items we ordered online.

  Let me preface my review by saying that I am from New England and I have been a committed Dunkin customer my entire life. I highly dislike the other local coffee shops so I will not give up on Dunkin. With that being said, this is the location closest to my house and I order from here often. However, regardless of what drink I order it is NEVER right when I go in to pick it up. My order always asks for cold foam and there is never cold foam on my drink. I just don't understand because it is clearly printed on the label every single time. I even order ahead on the app so they aren't having to rush to make my order while I am standing there. I could order the same drink from there every day for a week and it will never taste the same. I would just ask for more consistency in the drink making. As I first said, I will not give up on Dunkin but I would just hope that this location specifically could do a little better.
