My orders are frequently incorrect, wait times are consistently long, and the staff often come across as rude or dismissive. I am also concerned about food safety and hygiene practices, as I have observed employees working with their hair down and wearing long acrylic nails while handling food. This does not reflect the sanitation standards I would expect from Dunkin’. Unfortunately, the service here has been so poor that I now drive out of my way to another Dunkin’ location rather than return to this one. I hope management takes action to improve both customer service and food safety practices at this store.
