Staff is usually efficient though I’m often waiting for my mobile order (I get a sandwich and munchkins usually and regularly have to wait for the munchkins). Major drawback is the hot chocolate machine is perpetually broken. As a non-coffee drinker, I miss out on the free beverage perks because it’s out of service.
