After 10 mins was just waiting they told me I can go sit down. Don’t ask for the name of my order or anything. They talk very rude like they are demanding you. Worst Dunking donut place ever

The employee is disrespectful and will literally ignore you. I showed them proof and the lady walks away to go take other orders and left me standing there. I got charged double what I paid for too, and they told me it’s not their problem it’s corporates. I’ve had this problem before and never do I get my refund or coffee. Management needs to change
