The staff provide terrible customer service and clearly don’t care about cleanliness. The worst part? A homeless woman defecated on the floor. Instead of closing to properly clean and sanitize, they just blocked off the area and kept serving food like nothing happened. People were still ordering while feces sat on the floor—unbelievable. I immediately canceled my order and left because the entire serving area was unsanitary. As I was leaving, I even saw a rat. This was my first and last visit. The health department needs to step in.
