  I’ve been in here twice to get take out and both times the employees had a reason why they couldn’t serve me.

  Just left dunkin a few minutes ago. I had a good experience from the time I ordered until I drove away. The guy taking my order was very nice and patient compared to the last few times I went...I dont speak very loud and the last time I went the lady taking orders was rude about it but that's another story for another day. Got to the window today and was told they were out of sourdough, the ladies went above and beyond to offer an alternative and I actually ended up liking it better. I dont usually leave reviews unless the service is really bad but Im really happy with my experience today.

  4 people working behind the counter when we arrived, no line but other people already served sitting inside. The donuts were really kind of dry/stale, like they had been in case overnight. The drinks, all different, tasted like they used dirty mop water to mix them. In fact, we threw them all away when we stopped at the gas station just afterwards. The heavy set white girl that waited on us seemed like it was her 1st day, or her mind was elsewhere. She asked us 3 times what we wanted from the donut case...we got 4 doughnuts! Terrible experience. And by the time she was ringing us up, as 2 of the employees were bickering, there were about 8 people waiting to order.

  My order is always wrong ! Today I ordered through uber eats and didn’t receive half of my order. My donut was dried up and hard looked like it been sitting there for years. Please do not send me that quality of food again. When people order food through these mobile apps yall need to make sure the order is CORRECT when you pass it off. Now I can’t get my money back or my food ! I will not be spending money again you guys just lost a loyal customer.

  Took 35 min to get through the drive through. Didn’t even have the doughnuts we wanted on hand. If it wasn’t for the big corporate name this place would have been shut down a long time ago. Pulled out of line to get order. There are 4 staff serving no one in the facility. Why did this take so long?
