  My 12yo purchased a donut and sat down to eat but was told he could not sit and had to leave the store. Branch is not community/neighborhood friendly.

  Just did an online order for a large iced caramel with whip macchiato I accidentally went to the wrong store and ended up going to where my order was placed due to me not thoroughly reading the room he was very short staffed as he was the only one working and backed up on orders I just realized how bad in behavior I was as I too was irate over my own mishap and I apologize I was simply asking to just redo the espresso shots as anyone in coffee or a barista knows that the shots once pulled has to be used immediately otherwise they will be sour and bitter in taste I didn’t want you to redo the whole drink but again I apologize and i credit you for taking on the rush and my not so great behavior as well as I was rushing after going to the wrong location thinking it that my iced beverage would be watered down and a loss despite coming and the short staffed you faced while working hard to accommodate and I apologize again

  Really great and fast service from Darshba and Deesha. They can both manage fast pace environment. Really friendly staff. Amazing service!
