  Offensively bad service I've never been in a Dunkin so poorly run I arrived for my online order which was just 1 iced coffee placed 15 minutes before I arrived. I get to the pickup up counter where another man is already waiting. He's standing there waiting for cups. One girl in the back looks up and says to him "you're still here?" He responds "yeah, I've been waiting 10 minutes for some cups and creamer. Can you help? I dont know what's going" She proceeds to stare at him and then turn around with no response and go back to talking to another employee. She recognized this guy had waited a long time and needed help and then blatantly ignored him Im now there for 5+ minutes before I get anyone who will give me the time of day. A girl asks what my order was and says "oh we will make it now." We're now 20 minutes from when I placed this single coffee order. She then proceeds to go to the register and take someone else's order and starts working on that instead. Didn't even bother waiting at that point. Terrible service

  Just got back from waiting 20 minutes in line with one other car in front of me with the worker talking to the car ahead and when I finally got to the window the worker had forgotten my order, didn’t make it right and then “Thanked me for the encouragement.” Since I guess I was wrong to not want to spend my day in a drive through. Save your time and energy and go to a different location
