  ⭐☆☆☆☆ This Dunkin’ clearly hates me as much as the people forced to work there. They tried to charge me $1.07 for a cup of water, even though I was already ordering food and a drink. I guess at this location, hydration is considered a premium add-on, like heated seats or extra guac. Then, after paying for my “luxury beverage package,” I drove off and realized they didn’t give me a straw. So, back around the drive-thru I go, like a hamster stuck in Dunkin’s sad little wheel of despair. At this point, I’m honestly shocked they didn’t slap me with a “straw convenience fee.” Probably only because corporate hasn’t thought of it yet. And listen, I don’t even blame the staff. It was obvious they’re as over this place as I am. Dunkin’ corporate probably sucked the joy out of them right after they installed the “water costs a dollar” policy. If I had to spend eight hours pretending that people owe me money just to stay alive, I’d look that miserable too. Bottom line: This Dunkin’ isn’t running on coffee. It’s running on pure audacity. America doesn’t run on Dunkin’. America survives despite Dunkin’.

  For what seems like the last year it as though the iced coffee tastes burnt anytime we get it at this location and it’s really bugging me that we drive across town to the other location because the coffee is just bad now please look into this maybe a bad machine.
