    Umm. So I used points to get a free maple sugar sandwich, and also bought 2 breakfast wrap that should have been a little over $6 but I also used a $5 gift card for them. I still had to pay $8… Guess I’ll be going to a different dunks. I honestly don’t even know why I go to dunks anyway. 😂

    Been going inside for long time. I see I am far from alone on complaints . You have to repeat your order 3 times. They say it back wrong three times. I order sliced only bagels package of cream cheese inside. I got no cream cheese cuz the smothered it on un cooked bagels. Now I have to take cream cheese off do I can toast the damn things. Why isn't something being done with these rookies!! Yikes. Here today to meet someone. Freezing in here twice said coffee and muffin muffin all stuck to wrapper coffee was like warm. I pick here to meet someone. I can't stay here

    I just moved here, and am a regular at dunkin. Unfortunately this location is very disappointing. Every single time I come here, employees are rude and never fail to either get my order wrong or completely forget to put it in the bag. This morning I got the $6 meal deal. I ordered it ahead (on the app) so avoid getting the wrong thing. Coffee was fine, but sandwich was wrong (ordered it on a croissant and got it on an English, and never got hashbrowns. I'm not one to usually complain, because mistakes happen, but this is a regular thing at this location and there was not 1 customer in the drive thru or inside, so today I'm having a hard time comprehending where there was room for error.... will not be coming back and will be contacting the franchise owner as well as corporate.
