Worst place I have ever been. Waited for 20 mins and never even received my order. Just left. The "manager" kept complaining out loud in front of customers. She was very unprofessional.

There is a massive problem with tact and manners. They had a menu item called the "Golden Hour Refresher", which when ordered, an old lady rudely replied "This is a Dunkin', not a Starbucks!" despite that menu item being...on the menu. This same lady was ranting and cursing to other employees with the window open to where all could hear. They all spoke with attitude, with no hint of professionalism in their way of communicating. I would fire that lady, and since management didn't tell the staff about the new menu items, either fire them too or train them properly so they can lead.
