Came by the drive-through For a drink and a male began taking my order. In the middle of me placing my order, the employee tells me it is now too late to place an order now since it is 7:01 and they close at 7. All I could do is laugh because I would think the decent human thing to do in that situation is to finish the order since we were in the process already and it was only a minute over the time but nope they close at 7. No more common decency in food service anymore and it’s sad

Idk who the kid was this morning who was so high he messed up my order three times but he needs to be fired. I had to go back twice because each time my food was either missing or completely wrong,
I go there every day. I get it. The store is short staffed, but the ones who do show up don’t care about the service they’re giving or the food quality and this kid literally LAUGHED in my face and argued with me because I didn’t have a receipt showing what I had ordered. Then asked me 4 more times what I had ordered…..
Do better Clinton Dunkin or you’ll loose my business again just like you did when you hired Gary to be manager. The only reason I come to the Clinton Dunkin is because you hired Regina to replace Gary or I’d still be going to the new Hartford location.

They don’t have a working phone, if they do, they have it set to where it automatically says they’re too busy to answer, and refuse to answer it. If you’re in the drive thru, at the window, and there’s a long line, you can’t get out because it’s one way, one lane. If you’re parked, and the lines long, you can’t get out. You can’t hear the workers talking, whether it’s through the speaker, or at the window. They’re nice, most of the time, but when you can’t hear them because they’re whispering to you, they get all rude.

After a long, hot morning working in the sun and dust, I order the frozen coffee I was craving. The kid working there makes it. They tell me the price, around $5.75. I pull out a $50 bill. They can't make change because of some BS about not being able to take a 50, so instead of just giving me the drink for free, they suggest I go down the street and get change at the gas station. I was so offended I had to leave. Instead of having a happy satisfied customer, they had to pour out a perfectly good drink.
