  Came up to no line to then be told “hold for 1 second please” and then sat for 6minutes before writing this review. (I’m still here lmao) but why work at a job you hate though? Kids these days.

  I filled out a paper application 2 weeks ago. Last week which I presume was the manager said she hadn't hade time to go through them , but she would go through them and put mine on top. Now today 9/10/2025@ 10:40 I spoke with a girl I assume her name was Rachel,( not sure) and I was inquiring about my application, and I was hung up on!! How is it that all around Deltona,DeLand. Ect. Are saying they're hiring and obviously they're not, or they're wanting one of their friends to fill the position. Or thr real truth they are really NOT HIRING ANYONE. Either way I did NOT deserve to be hung up on, just for checking the status of my application. I use to love going to Dunkin.l ate there about 3 times week purchasing drinks and meals. No I'm done. I will let people know exactly how this establishment is. Sorry, y'all are NOT the only coffee shop in town. Nor are you the only place that will hire when they have hiring papers on there windows.

  Omg that sandra is great funny and knows how to make my coffee. It's nice to see someone with a smile that early in the morning. Really set my day in a good mood thanks 😊

  I’ve tried to be patient with this Dunkin’ since it’s close to home, but I’ve had enough. Every time I come here, the drinks are wrong, the service is slow, and no one seems to care. Today I went through the drive-thru and waited way too long — and it wasn’t even busy inside. When I finally got to the window, I ordered a large iced mocha latte. The guy handed me a medium drink that looked almost completely white — not even close to a mocha. I told him I ordered a large iced mocha latte, and instead of fixing it properly, he charged me $8.63. I asked if he was sure that was right, and he said yes. Later, I checked the price on the app and saw I was definitely overcharged. This isn’t just a one-time thing. It happens nearly every time I go, and it’s clear the employees don’t care. It shows in the way they act and how they handle orders. I’ve given this location too many chances, but today was the last straw. I really hope someone from Dunkin’ sees this, because it’s unacceptable.
