- JVjameson vinette5 days ago1.0Wanted to use my points for free food. Converted the points right in front of the cashier, she scans both, then asks to scan again. Then she tells me that those barcodes have already been used. By her… who literally just scanned the barcodes. I pay for the order anyways and just suck it up that I just lost 500 points. Then she puts the order in incorrectly, so none of the food is right. Waited 15 minutes for the food to come out- never did. Other employees just on their phone in the back. Rough dunkin experience.
