Nice people but their iced coffee tastes like watered down coffee.

To the management: Our local Dunkin' doughnuts in Henderson NV apparently won't take cash anymore..yet the one on Stephanie I Green Valley does! This just doesn't make sense, so until your management clears up this issue, we will not be ordering from your stores in person anymore!!

I don’t usually post bad reviews, but this experience was really frustrating. I pulled into the drive-thru and was greeted outside by a manager (the woman with the stars tattoo). I showed her my digital coupon, but she said they couldn’t scan it because a car had broken down in the drive-thru. I ordered a cookie latte with coffee milk, and I had to correct her more than once because she kept repeating it back wrong through the headset. Despite that, the order was still rung up as a mint latte. She asked if I was paying by card, took my card through the back door, and a few minutes later told me through the speaker to pull up to the window. When I got to the window, I pointed out that my drink was listed as mint chip, not cookie. They told me it wasn’t mint, so I trusted them and took the drink. But it was chocolate mint — and I really dislike mint. I also wasn’t able to use my digital coupon or earn points, and they had already charged my card $14.21. She did give me a free donut, which I appreciated, but I still left with the wrong drink, no rewards, and a frustrating experience.
