I have seen a lot of busy and short staffed days. People have been so awful to the employees here, yet the employees always are so kind and efficient. Best dunks around. That says a lot too seeing as though there are a lot in the area.
Lisa is CONSISTENTLY the most rude and disrespectful person i have ever interacted with at any establishment. my friend and i place mobile orders here nearly everyday and whenever we get someone else they are friendly and kind and sometimes even excited to see us together, however every morning we come and get lisa at the drive through she speaks to us in a way that is appalling. not to mention the attitude in her first greeting or always getting “what do you want” on one occasion i said the names we were picking up for and she then proceeded to say “first of all i can’t hear you and second of all i can’t make half of your guys stuff” in the nastiest tone. today we went to pick up and after i said our names she just heavily sighed acting if we were the biggest inconvenience to her ever. we are always polite to the workers there including her even when it feels like we are being berated, as someone who also works in customer service and gets frustrated time to time i have NEVER spoken to a customer in the way she has treated us. do better lisa.

First I wanna say that I’m from Massachusetts and just like everyone I’m sure I go to alot of different Dunkin’ Donuts and this by far is one if not my favorite, everyone is super nice and I have had all great experiences, I go out if my way to come to this one especially because of the young lady who’s name is Kenzie, who is so pleasant it actually is shocking you don’t see much of that nowadays and she always makes conversation and asks how I am… she is a gem and Does her job very well I must say!! Just love her! And I believe one of the managers Dan they he is super chill and I legit don’t even have to tell him my order it’s already in and ready to go when he sees me it’s impressive!! Great great place highly recommend especially because of those two!!!

HORRIBLE experience 7/15/25 at around 3:30pm.
My husband and I went through the drive thru and ordered my usual mocha iced coffee. (reg cream, extra liquid sugar) It was not made accurate, so I went in to have it fixed. There was a younger, slender brunette working behind the counter who was EXTREMELY rude to me, and yanked my coffee out of my hand to remake it. I witnessed her barking orders at her co-workers as well. The customer, in front of me, who had her young son with her, witnessed this woman's behavior towards me. This customsr looked at her with diagust, and then at me with empathetic eyes.
When I left this female employee was talking about me. She did not realize my husband was at the gas station register checking out and heard her, so he called her out on it as he knew the iced coffee was made wrong. We went up the road to the next Dunkin Donuts and they made it right the first time. I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with her during their work shifts.
I have been going to this Irving/Dunkin Donuts for years when I visit Derry, NH. (We visit about once a month) However, I will not go there again after this incident.
This woman should NOT be working in customer service, she is rude and a bully to her coworkers. So wrong.

Yall need to step up your game making coffee, or get retrained. I’m paying for my coffee to be made how it should be made….i feel like yall are putting whatever in it and not what the sticker says. what’s the point of having what you order on the screen!
