  This one star is only for the night shift! The morning/mid day crew is on their game. Night time crew, get it together. But then again that’s probably why you can’t get a morning shift/busier/more tips, because you’re lazy and have the attitude that you don’t want to be there. Young girl, small and petite, tattoos and looks like dreads/messy braids or something!!! Dark hair. Complete miserable attitude. Very unprofessional and no customer service skills whatsoever. Will go to the dunks on 146 from now on if it’s after mid day shift!!

  Don't bother coming here. This Dunkin will never get your order correct regardless if its written down for them. Then if you ask for your corrected item that you paid for they will just pick a fight and yell at you. I would give this place 0 starts if possible.

  Someone should probably train the night people on the dunkin app. They had no idea how to use it during purchase and was even insinuating its a fake app because they've never heard of it before. It's literally THE dunkin app... rather go somewhere that doesn't give attitude because they're clueless.

  You know, I usually don’t expect much from anybody. I like to treat people with respect and decency. I usually stop at this place just to get a coffee once in a while a couple of donuts I arrive to the Location I waited for a few minutes. The girl is in there talking to her coworker. I make sign to her and she totally ignore me and came until her conversation was over. If you don’t wanna do the job, don’t do it. It’s not my fault.
